BreathSync is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. We make no claims that our breathing patterns will cure, treat, or prevent any physical or mental illnesses.

3. Permitted Use

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal wellness. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app modified to include malware or trackers.

4. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Your continued use of the application after an update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new legal agreement.
